I Did What?!

I am really not the type that does crafty stuff. I like designing stuff on the computer and that's about it.

Hillary has been doing scrap-booking. I would go over and watch her and keep her company while she did her thing. I have always been intrigued by the scrap-booking thing, just not something I could sit and do. Well guess what? That all changed today, for I did a little bit of my own scrap-booking.

I am not one to share photos of family and all that stuff on the internet, so I cannot show you what I did, but I tell you it was cool to do. I could only handle it for a couple of hours though. I think if I had enough money to buy everything that I needed for the hobby, I might get more into it.

So that is what I did today, how eventful. Haha! Actually it was. I did seven pages but they are not completed and I have more to do! It is like getting a tattoo I guess, once you start you can't stop, well so I've heard. I don't actually have one. Sorry the blog isn't all that entertaining. Had nothing else to blog about today.

Tomorrow is the big interview! Excited!

My dear follower, Canadian Blogger Girl, is having a give-a-way and needs ideas. She has a cool new look. Check it out at the above link! Make sure to tell her I sent you! =D

I would love to get into scrapbooking. However I'm the type of girl that HAS to have everything first before I would even begin. Reason? I'd want to do something specific and not have the proper tools required and so I'd walk away with the intent on getting the tool.....and then that is where it would stop! Plus to get started fully is so expensive!

I would get into it if I had the $, too -- I find myself drawn to all the cool little decorations for them at Michael's and buy them all the time to decorate my cards..

When I was younger I did wood working as a hobby. Then word got out about it and I ended up doing craft shows and furnishing things to a couple of craft stores. Then I burned out, because a hobby should never end up as a job.

until she does!

JPT: No a hobby should NEVER be a job. Sorry you got burned out on it 

Vicki: I checked out the site and one word, AWESOME! Thank you!

Phoenix: I can’t draw  It would be a stick figured lyger I am afraid. Haha!
